Melissa Rekas

Melissa graduated from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2015. She is a passionate massage therapist who strives to adjust both pressure and technique to meet the needs of her clients. Using methods such as myofascial work, stretching, and movement techniques geared towards relaxation. Melissa aims to address chronic muscle tension and postural re-balance.

Melissa is also trained in warm bamboo massage, which can be used both for deep and light work. For those aiming towards a more relaxing massage, she can also incorporate Reiki into her work.
